1 week til homecoming..

Ahhh endlich diese anstrengende Woche hinter mir und jetzt ein entspanntes Wochenende ! Denkste, but that's not true. This weekend is gonna be very tough actually. Tonight we have our 2nd home game..

We have to be at 6:30 a.m. at school tomorrow because we have a meet @uniontown which is about an hour away. My leg hurts a little bit again but I hope it'll be better tomorrow.
The meet ends at ca. 12:30 that means I'm at home at 2. After that Mark is gonna take me to Pittsburgh where I'll meet rebecca ( she comes with her hostsister and host grandparents to see the huge duck - its about 12m tall and stays in Pittsburgh for 3 weeks!! I'm so excited to see it haha ) . I reaaallly looking forward to see her again :)
In the evning we have a XC Sleepover where we're gonna tie dye (batik) our new XC shirts. Katja and I aren't sure yet if we'll sleepover or if we leave @ the evening because on sunday we have to get up early again because of 'The Great Race' . We have to wake up at 7am, the race starts at 9:30. It's a 10k (you don't say it's a 10km in amerika they just say 'k') with 10,000 runners. It's gonna be fun, I never ran such a big race and I hope my leg will be fine..
So that's my weekend .. And next Wednesday is Senior spirit week ( monday: college sweatshirt; tues: hat day; wednesday: pink day...), on Thursday is the Homecoming Bonfire, Friday our Homecoming football game and saturday Homecoming Dance. And Sunday is the 20th birthday of my dear sister, Lisa <3

A few weeks ago Bianca, a girl from my XC who is also in charge with the school newspaper , asked me for an interview because they wanted to do a site with all the Exchange students. The newspaper was published today and when I read I just thought: Oh no, what did I say?? hahaha but read on your own, I'll post a picture of it .
